Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment or cancel, please give me a 24-hour notice via text, email or call. If I am unable to receive a 24-hour notice, I will not be able to provide a refund for your booking service. If I need to cancel an appointment, I will give a 24 hour notice as well. If I fail to do so, I will provide a 50% discount on your next session and of course a full refund on your booking payment. If either of us is running late to an appointment, let's inform one another on how late we will be. If either of us are about 30 minutes or more late, the appointment will have to be rescheduled. If 4 more appointments have been rescheduled or cancelled, then sessions may have to stop completely. If any time you feel like I am not a good fit for you as a coach or you feel like this isn't for you, please inform me as soon as you know. So, I am able to refund you any future payments.
